NTCC aims to enhance the capacity of the health workers to effectively manage the TB case in their health facilities. In order to develop efficiency of knowledge and skills of Medical Officers/health workers, it intends to provide TOT on DS/DR TB for Doctors to develop the pool of Trainer at provincial level. This TOT at national level Provides opportunities for a trainer, a potential trainer and training professionals to develop their core competencies on DS and DR TB to develop new trainers. It will build a competent instructor who can teach others.
Objective: To develop pool of trainers who can deliver capacity building programs to the Medical officers/health care workers.

The role of Nurse/ Paramedics is very crucial in TB case management from case enrollment to recording and reporting. This TOT is planned to develop the knowledge and skills of Nurse/Paramedics to deliver the core knowledge and skills of DS/DR TB to other health care workers who provides services at DS/DR TB Treatment Centers.
Objective: To develop the trainers to provide Basic Training for Health Care Workers.

Basic Training for Doctors/Health care workers.
Basic Training is needed to treat, manage and provide counseling and care to patients of drug resistant tuberculosis. This training develops basic knowledge and skills to manage DR TB case.
